Tomorrow...
TOMORROW
by Allison Lenhard of Redondo Beach, California
(niece of Dr Carolyn Heising)
The wind whistles
A gentle tune
While fluttering birds
Sing with much glee
Rain falls softly in the morn'
Thus a rainbow can greet
Greet the afternoon
All people take the beauty
Beauty of today for granted
They shall yearn for tomorrow
But
Yesterday today was tomorrow
And people can't wait to see
See today fade away
So tomorrow they can long
Long for tomorrow
Even though tomorrow will
Will just be another today
And earth's priceless beauty
Will be ignored,
And tossed away
Just as it sadly was today.

Change... do not fear it...
CHANGE
by Brent Lenhard, Redondo Beach, California USA
(nephew of Dr Carolyn Heising, Ames, Iowa USA)
Change is the way of life
Do not fear it
But,
Do not take it wholeheartedly.
Change can bring sorrow,
But,
Do not dwell on this sorrow,
For it will only destroy you.
Nature changes every season.
Does it grieve for the old Bluebirds that die?
No, but, listen to these words, child,
We are part of Nature,
Every one of us.
So, do not despair for the old Bluebird who
has died,
Celebrate his long life.
Remember these words, child,
We are all part of nature.

Beauty of Lord Shiva...
Beauty of Lord Shiva
By Dr. Ram Sharma, Meerut, India
Ash-smeared body
Draped with a lion skin
The moon on his forehead
The Ganges as his crown
Garland of skulls round his neck
Beeds of rudrakshas on his chest
Snakes round his neck
Spirituality in eyes
Meditating for the welfare of the world

BY DR. RAM SHARMA, MEERUT, INDIA
To make mind
As calm as a lake
Stretched before you
Bubbles and waves
Floating away
By closing eyes
Separate yourself from mind
To go beyond the senses

Ma Ganga.. your waves vibrate my mind and soul...
MA GANGA
BY DR. RAM SHARMA, MEERUT, INDIA
You come to me like a swift moving river,
And touch me like a river touches stones,
Your waves,
Vibrate my mind and soul,
You take me from this world to another,
You waters plants and trees,
But I remain like unquenched earth,
You are an innocent continuous spell,
But I am stagnant object

BY DR. RAM SHARMA , MEERUT, INDIA
I travelled to valley of dreams
Furious Ganges , zigzag ways and screams

Golden light in the deep blue
Conchshells , bells and large hue
Snow capped mountains and unimaginable heights
Serene , cool , still, fragrant surroundings
Cool , pure blue Ganges

REALITY
BY DR. RAM SHARMA , MEERUT, INDIA
By the vapour of sensations,
like a heavy cloud,
the rising of the mind,
it looks like it will pour,
scorching rains upon the earth,
but everyone is unknown to this,
it will lose its existence,
in one moment,
in the desert of falsehood

Mahamrityuunjaya Tryambakam mantra.. of Lord Shiva..
The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (Sanskrit: महामृत्युंजय मंत्र, Mahāmṛtyuṃjaya Mantra "great death-conquering mantra"), also called the Tryambakam Mantra, is a verse of the Rigveda (RV 7.59.12). It is addressed to Tryambaka "the three-eyed one", an epithet of Rudra, later identified with Shiva. The verse also recurs in the Yajurveda (TS 1.8.6.i; VS 3.60)
Along with the Gayatri mantra it is one of the most widely known mantras of contemporary Hinduism.
The mantra reads
त्रयम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम् ।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् म्रुत्योर्मुक्षिय मामृतात् ॥
( transliteration):
tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭi-vardhanam
urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya māmṛtāt
This great mantra dedicated to Rudra as Mrityunjaya is found in the Rig Veda. It is called the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra, the Great Death-Conquering mantra. It is a mantra that has many names and forms. It is called the Rudra mantra, referring to the furious aspect of Shiva; the Tryambakam mantra, alluding to Shiva's three eyes; and it is sometimes known as the Mrita-Sanjivini mantra because it is a component of the "life-restoring" practice given to the primordial sage Shukra after he had completed an exhausting period of austerity. The Maha Mrityunjaya mantra is hailed by the sages as the heart of the Veda. Along with the Gayatri mantra it holds the highest place among the many mantras used for contemplation and meditation
Word to Word Meaning of Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra
• tryambakam = the three-eyed one (accusative case)
• yajāmahe = We worship, adore, honor, revere
• sugandhim = sweet smelling, fragrant (accusative case)
• pushti = A well-nourished condition, thriving, prosperous, fullness of life
• vardhanam = One who nourishes, strengthens, causes to increase (in health, wealth, well-being); who gladdens, exhilarates, and restores health; a good gardener
• urvārukam = brinjal (in the accusative case)
We hail the fragrant Three-eyed One who nourishes [all] and increases the [sweet] fullness of life. As the brinjal is liberated from captivity [to its stem], may we [also] be liberated (mukshiya) from death (mrityor) for the sake of immortality (maamritaat).

CROWNS OF LIGHT
ABOVE OUR HEADS
Poem by Irena Jovanović
Serbia
Crowns of light above our heads
shall appear, shall appear
just when opened
all our gates
gates of love
gates of knowledge
and ones of divinity
Crowns of light above our heads
with strong brilliant rays
will shine effulgent splendour
when we awake
our full potentials
of our life force energies
of our uplifted higher natures
of our most divine qualities
and we shall be kings and queens
of blissful love nad mild behaviour
angels of light
servants of Lord
Crowns of light above our heads
shall appear, shall appear
and we shall bow down
all those crowns
in front
of Lord
